Honest review. I took 3 pills at 6pm. Went to bathroom at 10pm. Until next day 11am. 11 times. Puked twice. One advice i give is besides drinking after every please have hemorroid relief ointment because after 4 rectum was swollen and burning. That was so painful after to . It burned. I wish i had done that. So far i lost some 11lbs. Took a day off cause am still dizzy and needs to rest.and rehydrate. My stomach is much flatter but otherwise it is the start ofy weight loss journey and i think this cleanse is the best i could ever choose to start it. But man it aint no joke. I dont want to puty body in such strain again but im 3 months maybe do another with less pills. Get healthy is best. I coouldnt believe all the shit i had in my bowels. Honest review.

Got this off of a recommendation of a friend, took 2 pills, it took 2 hours to kick in and I only threw up once and used the bathroom like once. I’m now in hour 5 and just feel slight discomfort but doesn’t feel like anything else is happening. It probable that your cleanse isnt over yet. One person decided to go to a club when his cleanse didnt really kick in after 6 hours. he shit himself all the way to the front door and didnt stop there.
